Cannot delete. You have to input user and password. No combination whatsoever seems to be correct. The combo that was not rejected must have been the correct one, but nothing happened. I try to change profile pic, select save. The pic blinks, and remains the same. I feel trapped into an app that makes sure you cannot remove it. Not responsive to changes. atall. Do barbers see reviews? The last one pushed back my hairline and was mad I didnt reserve 72 hrs in advance although a slot was open.

UPDATE BELOW* Everytime my barber sends a message out to his clients I can't see the whole message and when I click on it hoping that it will open the message in the app, nothing happens and I do not get to read the message. The message disappears...Very frustrating. Update!!! They have fixed the message issue and has been working very well! Thank you for fixing the issue!!!

I used this app for a few years with minimal problems but as soon as I have a major issue the support team isn't much support. It's been 3 days I been locked out of my account. I cant reach my clients. I'm losing alot of money!! Clients think I'm not in the shop and I cant confirm there appointments. I reached out multiple times to get a not so helpful response and then no response at all. They dodged alot of questions I had and it seems like they have no clue on how to fix this problem.
